How much does delivery cost?
We are delighted to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over €100.
You can opt to collect in store (Dame Lane) free of charge or we can ship to you at a cost of €5.00
We process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, however if you need your order by a certain date please let us know when placing your order and we will do our very best to get it to you in time!
We also offer an Express shipping option at a small fee, which you can select at the checkout to ensure you receive your piece as soon as possible, this option offers next day delivery within Ireland from the date of shipping.
Please note that any bespoke pieces may take 4-6 weeks to complete from the time you place your order.
Once your order is sent you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number on it. If you click on your tracking number it will bring you directly to the live tracking of your parcel.
We ship our orders from the shop within working hours from Monday to Saturday until 6pm, so orders placed outside of these hours will be sent out the following day (excluding bank holidays).
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your piece is dispatched the estimated delivery times are as follows:
Ireland: 3-5 working days.
UK: 5-7 working days.
Europe: 5-7 working days.
USA: 7-10 working days
Australia: 10-12 working days
Rest of the World: 10-12 working days
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on our website are accurate, errors may occur. As most of our pieces are individually made by hand there may on rare occasion be an issue with an ordered item being out of stock and delayed for this reason, if you have ordered an item and you have already paid for it, you will receive a full refund.
In the event that you would like to return a piece of jewellery, our returns policy couldn’t be simpler. We offer a 28 day return or exchange policy providing the piece has not been worn, however, this is not applicable to earrings, there is no exchange or return on earrings. You have 28 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return provided you have your receipt. We do not provide refunds for orders without receipts.
Your return will be processed within 14 working days of it being received back to the store. As soon as your return has been processed we will email you to confirm.
We would always recommend that you return your piece via tracked post to ensure it arrives safely with us. If you keep a hold of the tracking number you can also check when it has arrived back in store.
If you received your piece as a gift and don’t have a receipt we are very happy to exchange your piece for something else from our collection if you can provide the name of the person that gifted you the piece, we can then check that it falls within our 28 day policy. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.
If you experience any issues with a piece of jewellery we offer a repairs service for our pieces in our Dublin shop. If a repair is possible, any repairs will be carried out free of charge your. Our repairs service is also available for pieces which have been damaged for a nominal fee.

As all items are individually assessed, please allow 3-4 weeks for a repair to be processed as it has to be returned to the shop before we can assess your piece. Depending on the nature of the repair this may take up to 4 weeks. We do however endeavour to get all repairs fixed and back to our customer in an efficient and timely manner
We offer a Gold re-plating service for any of those pieces that you just can’t take off and so it may have become dull and lost its golden sheen. Gold plating starts at 10€ and varies depending on the piece, if you would like to drop in or return a piece for Gold re-plating just get in touch on (01) 2247103 or drop us a line on email@example.com and our team will take care of you.
