In the event that you would like to return a piece of jewellery, our returns policy couldn’t be simpler. We offer a 28 day return or exchange policy providing the piece has not been worn, however, this is not applicable to earrings, there is no exchange or return on earrings. You have 28 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return provided you have your receipt. We do not provide refunds for orders without receipts.
Your return will be processed within 14 working days of it being received back to the store. As soon as your return has been processed we will email you to confirm.
We would always recommend that you return your piece via tracked post to ensure it arrives safely with us. If you keep a hold of the tracking number you can also check when it has arrived back in store.
If you received your piece as a gift and don’t have a receipt we are very happy to exchange your piece for something else from our collection if you can provide the name of the person that gifted you the piece, we can then check that it falls within our 28 day policy. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on our website are accurate, errors may occur. As most of our pieces are individually made by hand there may on rare occasion be an issue with an ordered item being out of stock and delayed for this reason, if you have ordered an item and you have already paid for it, you will receive a full refund.
Please note: Earrings are a non-returnable item for health and safety reasons.
