I returned that item last Monday 25th but have had no acknowledgement of its receipt. I sent it via registered mail so I would appreciate it being acknowledged and refunded

Received my the Althea bracelet in super fast time,but unfortunately it was too small ,absolutely perfect for normal size wrist,but mine wrist is big,so sent it bk& order a different 1 with the help of Ana.Excellent customer service& their jewellery is fab

I enquired about a chain via email and the response was so fast and so helpful. I ordered the chain, which was delivered the next day and I absolutely love it with the heart pendant i had bought from ODL previously. It's so gorgeous, I haven't worn anything else since I got it.
