Devoluciones

En el caso de que quieras devolver una joya, nuestra política de devoluciones no podría ser más sencilla. Ofrecemos una política de devolución o cambio de 28 días siempre que la pieza no se haya usado, sin embargo, esto no se aplica a los aretes, no hay cambio ni devolución en los aretes. Tiene 28 días a partir de la fecha en que recibió su pedido para cambiar o devolver siempre que tenga su recibo. No proporcionamos reembolsos por pedidos sin recibos.

Su devolución se procesará dentro de los 14 días hábiles posteriores a su recepción en la tienda. Tan pronto como su devolución haya sido procesada, le enviaremos un correo electrónico para confirmar.

Siempre le recomendamos que devuelva su pieza por correo rastreado para asegurarse de que llegue a salvo con nosotros. Si conserva el número de seguimiento, también puede comprobar cuándo ha llegado de nuevo a la tienda.

Si recibió su pieza como regalo y no tiene un recibo, estaremos encantados de cambiar su pieza por otra cosa de nuestra colección si puede proporcionar el nombre de la persona que le regaló la pieza, entonces podemos verificar que cae dentro de nuestra política de 28 días. Si bien tratamos de asegurarnos de que todos los detalles, descripciones y precios que aparecen en nuestro sitio web sean precisos, pueden ocurrir errores. Como la mayoría de nuestras piezas se fabrican individualmente a mano, en raras ocasiones puede haber un problema con un artículo pedido que esté agotado y retrasado por este motivo, si ha pedido un artículo y ya lo pagó, recibirá un reembolso completo.

Refacción

Si tiene algún problema con una pieza de joyería, ofrecemos un servicio de reparación para nuestras piezas. Si una reparación es posible, cualquier reparación se llevará a cabo de forma gratuita. Nuestro servicio de reparaciones también está disponible para piezas dañadas por una tarifa nominal.

Como todos los artículos se evalúan individualmente, espere de 3 a 4 semanas para que se procese una reparación, ya que debe devolverse a la tienda antes de que podamos evaluar su pieza. Dependiendo de la naturaleza de la reparación, esto puede demorar hasta 4 semanas. Sin embargo, nos esforzamos por reparar todas las reparaciones y devolverlas a nuestros clientes de manera eficiente y oportuna.

Oro platino

Ofrecemos un servicio de rechapado en oro para cualquiera de esas piezas que simplemente no puede quitar y que pueden haberse vuelto aburridas. El baño de oro comienza en 10 € y varía según la pieza, si desea dejar o devolver una pieza para volver a baño de oro, comuníquese con nosotros al (01) 2247103 o escríbanos a hello@onedamelane.com y nuestro equipo se encargará de ti.

CARING FOR YOUR PIECE

Your pieces should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off.

Our jewellery is crafted with great care + attention - we would love you to treat it with the same. It's not the end of the world if your piece gets wet, as our jewellery is made using sterling silver + stainless steel - but we want you to make the most out of your jewels and keep the shine.

To preserve the quality, it's best practice to:

[1] remove pieces before showering, 

[2] keep pieces dry, free from moisture and store them in a cool, dry environment to prevent natural oxidisation 

[3] put them on post-application of deodorants, hairsprays, cleansers etc, as these can cause discolouration + corrosion of the metal. 

  • Make life easy with our jewellery cleaning kit.
  • Sterling Silver jewellery may naturally oxidise, resulting in a greyish hue. To remove this discolouration, gently polish your pieces with our soft cloth and spray.
  • 18k Gold-Plated Silver jewellery - use our soft brush and spray, rinse with water and dry. Please avoid using a polishing cloth or metal polish on gold-plated jewellery, as it can strip away the plating.
  • 18k Gold-Plated Stainless Steel Jewellery - Does require regular cleaning. Use our soft brush and spray, rinse with water and dry. Please avoid using a polishing cloth or metal polish on gold-plated jewellery, as it can strip away the plating.
  • You can polish any of our pieces with our soft, lint-free cloth to restore shine

MATERIALS

Pearls are natural and delicate, so handle them with care. Our pieces are handmade using A.A.A. grade quality pearls and hand-sorted to find the best match. No two pearls are the same at O.D.L.; it adds a lil' bit of fun to your piece. Keep them safe in a box or pouch to avoid scratches when travelling with them. 

Sterling Silver is a sweet blend of pure silver and a lil' bit of another metal, usually copper, which strengthens it. The .925 stamp on sterling silver items indicates they meet the industry standard of being at least 92.5% silver.

Non-corrosive, tough & durable - perfect for your everyday piece. Naturally fades over time to a beautiful ombre of gold & silver hues.

Gold-plating occurs when a base metal bonds within a bath of solid gold - the thickness of the layer indicates the longevity of your piece & the cost. The plating does wear off over time, as will all plated jewellery.

Beautiful in colour & heavy-plated with 24k - vermeil gives you the best of both worlds. If cared for, it can last 12 months + beyond. Be conscious of bangles + bracelets rubbing off one another, as well as other forms of contact, as this can cause fading.

Want the *almost* solid gold finish without breaking the bank? Here is your answer - made by fusing a thick layer of gold onto a base metal, Gold-filled is ultra long-lasting and the second best thing to solid gold.

Solid gold jewellery is the epitome of luxury- it's made from pure gold mixed with other elements to increase strength and prevent tarnishing. It comes in shades and karats, with higher karat pieces containing pure gold. It's pricier than other types of jewellery, but it's timeless and often passed down as a family heirloom. 

You're in good hands. Our jewellery is nickel and lead-free, the most common irritants. Materials like sterling silver, stainless steel, gold vermeil, gold-filled + solid gold are your best friend.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

No problem - please do so within 14 days of receipt. Your return must be in original packaging and in the condition you received it. Please note that earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable items unless faulty. Gift cards and vouchers are also non-returnable, and sale items cannot be refunded. 

Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility for domestic and international returns. We always recommend that you return your piece via tracked post to ensure it arrives safely with us, as we can only guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is registered post. Once your return is received, it is processed within 14 working days & you will receive email confirmation accordingly. Refunds are applied to the original payment method within 5-6 days after approval. Please get in touch with your bank if delays occur.

Sure! Should you need a receipt, please provide us with the gifter's name (order number if available) or email/phone number to retrieve the purchase. We can then offer you an exchange for another piece - this does not apply to earrings + we kindly ask you to contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Gift cards are non-refundable or exchangable. They are eligible for use in-store and online by using the 16 digit code at checkout.

PRE-ORDER & OUT OF STOCK

We typically enable pre-order for all out of stock items.

If you decide to purchase a product on pre-order, we'll provide an approximate timeline for delivery at checkout, so you'll know when to expect your item. If you have a multiple-item order, we can part-ship what is currently available and follow up with your pre-order item(s) (a charge of €5.95 applies for part-shipment); otherwise, we will wait & ship all items on order together.

JEWELLERY SERVICES

Accidents can happen, and your O.D.L. pieces may need repair. If you notice any defects or have questions about your piece - please reach out immediately & we can rectify any issues for you, free of charge.

A small fee is incurred for personal damage or wear & tear to cover the labour + materials required to bring your piece back to life. We individually assess each item, and it may take 3-4 weeks for us to process your repair request & can take up to 4 weeks to complete your repair. We try our best to ensure your piece is returned to you as efficiently and promptly as possible. If you need to submit your piece for repair, please reach out for assistance.

We want your O.D.L pieces to shine bright for years. We offer a gold replating service for sterling-silver-based pieces that have lost their lustre over time. Our service starts at just €10 and may vary depending on the piece. To take advantage of this service, drop your beloved O.D.L. pieces off at our Greystones Store, or reach out to us at hello@onedamelane.com

SHIPPING & COLLECTION

We process and dispatch all orders as promptly as possible. It is generally within 3-5 working days, should we have your item in stock. Your order will be then sent + shipping times can vary based on your location.

If you require your order by a specific date or need it as a rush order, please let us know when placing your order, and we'll do everything we can to get it to you on time.

If you're in the Greystones area, we offer free in-store pick-ups for your convenience. Select the "Pick-up" option at checkout, and we'll notify you when your order is ready for collection. Typically, orders are ready for pick up within 24 hours.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Click the tracking number to access live updates on your parcel's status.

If your package is lost or stolen, please get in touch with the shipping carrier for more information. Should you require further assistance, please contact us + we will try our best to assist you.

Once your order is shipped with the correct shipment details & securely packaged, the shipping carrier is responsible, as we can no longer accurately track the item.

Please note that any taxes or customs fees mandated by your country's legal regulations are the customer's responsibility. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer or left unclaimed, the customer will bear the total redelivery cost.
