ORDER PROCESSING:

We process and dispatch all orders as promptly as possible, however if you need your order by a certain date or it is a last minute rush order please get in touch to notify us here when placing your order and we will do everything we can to get it to you in time.

We must be provided with a phone number so that you can be contacted by the courier company. If an eircode is provided, this is the address your order will be delivered to. Please ensure your eircode is correct when placing your order. We will not be held responsible for orders delivered to the wrong eircode provided. 

TRACKING
Once your order is sent you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number on it. If you click on your tracking number it will bring you directly to the live tracking of your parcel.

All faulty items must be returned within 30 days. Please be aware before purchasing that we cannot refund shipping if you have returned an item to us. 

DELIVERY ISSUES

On rare occasions, delivery issues can happen due to courier delays or disruptions. While this is outside of our control, we’ll always do our best to help get things sorted as quickly as possible.
If your order is affected, please contact us at hello@onedamelane.com and our team will look into it straight away, work with the courier, and keep you updated until it’s resolved.

MULTIPLE DELIVERIES

To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we may sometimes fulfil items from different locations, including our stores. This means your order could be sent in more than one delivery.
When items are fulfilled from our stores, delivery dates may be slightly impacted due to extra processing time. If this happens, don’t worry, we’ll keep you updated and let you know as soon as each part of your order is dispatched.
