These small earrings are expensive and I was disappointed when I received them. They look better in the photos than in reality.

My order auto populated an old address and I emailed customer service immediately but they did nothing and it was being sent to old address I don’t live at anymore - they were no help at all and didn’t respond to any of my emails

I’ve been wanting to get this necklace for ages and treated myself. However, I didn’t try it on at the time of purchase and later when I did I was a bit disappointed it was shorter than I expected. I don’t wear it as it’s too short, I wonder if it’s possible to get some extra add on to lengthen it? Or exchange it?

Beautiful. Really well made and so pretty. It’s elegant and can be worn with lots of outfits, casual and more formal. I love it😊

Was delighted to get my bracelet but unfortunately was a bit too small, would have loved to have been able to order a longer one but had to return in the end. Customer service were excellent to deal with.

Lovely bracelet, I ordered as gifts. I did think for the price they would come in boxes,luckily I ordered gift bags. Maybe consider not charging for bags, if selling quality like you are, they should come in quality packaging as standard
